About the role
We’re now entering the next chapter of our journey, launching version 3.0 of our platform. We are looking for a Product owner to lead our product development and tech strategy forward.
As Product owner, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and evolution of Nudgd’s digital products and overall technology. You’ll ensure a secure, scalable, and user-centered platform, while driving innovation in areas like AI, integrations, and digital experiences.
You’ll serve as the bridge between technology, market, sales, and customer needs, turning behavioral insights into impactful tech solutions.
A glimpse of your daily work:
- Plan sprints, review sprint progress, prioritize tasks and align with the roadmap.
- Maintain and evolve the product backlog translate customer insights into new features
- Explore and apply AI integrations, and new technologies to enhance Nudgd’s digital ecosystems.
- Development of our online presence, support the development and make sure it aligns with product and goals.
- Do tests and handle smaller bugs. In an ideal world you will also be able to do some hands-on coding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, with the behavioral science, marketing, and sales teams to connect technology with user needs and Nudgd’s mission.
We believe that you have:
- Experience from a similar role (Product owner, Product Lead, Tech lead)
- A very good understanding of, and eagerness to stay up to date with developments in AI
- Used to working with Next.js, Google Cloud, Git and SQL, with bonus points for experience in Vercel and PHP/Laravel Nova
- Agile mindset and experience working with iterative development (SCRUM is a plus)
- A genuine passion for sustainability issues
- Understanding of user experience and an interest in behavioral design, with a willingness to learn how nudging can improve engagement and impact
- Strong communicator who connects tech and people
- Commercially minded, you build products that create value and revenue, not just great tech; and
- Are open to occasional trips with overnight stays.

You’re joining us at a phase where we’re growing quickly and shaping a lot along the way. We build together and that will include you. You’ll be responsible for aligning diverse perspectives and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment.
You’ll need to juggle immediate project needs (like a client-specific feature) with the long-term product strategy and vision. You’ll switch frequently between big-picture and hands-on execution.
While you’ll have support, you won’t always have deep technical or product specialists to lean on. This means being hands-on, pragmatic, and resourceful.
